Our Return Policy

We want you to love your new jewelry! If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including jewelry boxes and pouches).

  • All original tags must still be attached.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Custom / Personalized Pieces: Any items that have been custom-sized, engraved, or made-to-order are final sale.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at www.pikhankajol636@gmail.com with your order number. Note: Unless an item arrived damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
